Non-professional Photos vs Professional Photos

At first glance you may think that the photos taken from your phone or a standard camera are good enough, but there are many reasons why using professional photography will always produce a better result. The photos below (on the left) are shot with a standard camera from the same spot as the professional photos (on the right). I will outline a few of the ways that we make our photos stand out and bring more potential buyers to your property.

Wider Angles for Tight Spaces

In this example, there is limited space to get a good shot of the staircase. By using the widest angle lens possible, you get a better feel for the space. The entryway to this house now feels spacious and less cramped. Even though our angles are very wide, there is still no distortion or ‘fisheye’.

Better Angles and Straighter Lines

We know the best angles to take photos from to showcase your property. In the example on the left, the photo is taken from my natural height. This makes the table take up a large portion of the room. We take our photos from an angle that makes the table appear thinner, and you rooms larger. We also ensure that the lines in every one of your photos is perfectly straight, as parallel lines are appealing to the human eye.

Perfect Weather Every Time

On dreary and overcast days, we replace the skies, warm up the photos, and enhance the colors. Every outdoor photo is edited to be bright and clear. At Peak Exposure, every day is a sunny day.
